IT Asset Manager & IT Asset Team Lead

Job Description

We are urgently hiring for IT Asset Manager And IT Asset Team Lead for Ghansoli location.

NOTE : Candidate must have hands-on experience managing large-scale IT asset environments with at least 30,000+ assets.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Lifecycle Management

• Handle receipt, tagging/numbering, delivery, allocation, and reallocation of IT assets.
• Track and manage hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Monitor hardware aging and maintain asset status records.

Asset Tracking & Documentation

• Maintain records of asset movements and GRN tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation for IMAC-D activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose).
• Maintain warranty and AMC details and track renewal timelines.

Ticketing & Process Compliance

• Ensure all asset installations, movements, and removals are linked with service tickets.
• Follow defined IT asset management processes and standards.

Asset Database Management

• Maintain an accurate asset inventory in the asset management tool.
• Track all in-scope and network-connected assets.

Reporting

• Generate periodic asset reports as required.
• Provide reports on the install base of standard software across systems.
• Support management with asset-related data and insights.

Audit & Verification

• Assist in annual IT hardware audits.
• Perform physical verification and reconciliation of HDB-owned assets including:
• Desktops
• Laptops
• Printers
• Scanners
• Network devices
• Ensure annual verification is completed

Compliance & Security

• Ensure adherence to HDBFS IT and Security policies.
• Support compliance with system hardening guidelines.
• Maintain software license inventory and ensure compliance.
