Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Inventory Lead to manage various operational tasks, including physical inventory management, reporting, and product system updates. The ideal candidate will collaborate with onboard authorities to discuss and finalize the scope of work, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure timely and accurate reporting. This role also involves preparing and sending detailed inventory reports to clients, updating product management systems (PMS), and addressing any operational issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Discuss scope of work with onboard authority and agree on the scope of work.
- Conduct physical inventory.
- Prepare an Excel sheet (ROB) and send it to the client.
- Label and update PMS.
- Provide daily reporting and discuss issues onboard.
- Estimate time requirements for tasks.
- Prepare the final report.
Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Marine or Mechanical Engineering + GME.
- Minimum 6 months of sailing experience.
