Internship - ITI Mechanical Engineer / Technician

Job Description

We are looking for ITI Mechanical candidates to support engineering and maintenance operations. The candidate will assist with machine maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and smooth functioning of production equipment.

Role & responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection of machines and equipment.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Identify mechanical faults and support troubleshooting.
• Assist in repairing and replacing mechanical components.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams during machine breakdowns.
• Ensure machines are maintained in safe operating condition.
• Follow maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Follow workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: ITI in Fitter / Mechanical or relevant trade.
• Experience: 01 years; freshers may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting attitude.
