We're Hiring: International Customer Support Representatives

Role: International Customer Support Representative
Location: Airoli
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (as per international clients)
Work Mode: Work from home after 6 weeks (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email
Provide prompt and professional support to international customers
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
