Role: Senior Team Member- Internal Audit

Designation: Manager

Job Purpose

Perform Corporate Audits at all manufacturing sites and corporate functions of Cipla and its associated companies with a six system approach to ensure compliance with written policies, standards, procedures and regulatory expectations and norms and avoid regulatory non-conformance. Candidate must have experience in Microbiology and Sterile dosage forms.

Accountabilities

I. Conduct corporate audit at Cipla and associated manufacturing units and corporate functions in order to verify and appraise the level of compliance to regulatory and company standards.
II. Analyse, review and follow-up for compliance report to achieve an acceptable level of compliance in the manufacturing sites and corporate functions.
III. Propose system improvement to enhance and harmonise procedures and practices across Cipla.
IV. Support other Quality functions to ensure Compliance through Quality system tools.

V. To support the manufacturing sites for all readiness for regulatory inspections.

VI. Conduct training on subjects on proficiency for meeting training needs.

VII. Adherence to Cipla procedures and regulatory guidances for its implementation across Cipla.

Education Qualification

B. Sc + M. Sc (Microbiology)

Relevant Work Experience

Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in pharma industry.

Experience in Microbiology and Sterile dosage forms is mandatory.
