Teji Mandi is an Investment Platform offering by Motilal Oswal that simplifies investment decisions for retail investors through research-backed recommendations. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our marketing and campaign operations function.

INTERNSHIP MARKETING & CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS

Motilal Oswal Teji Mandi (Investment Platform)

• Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)


• Department: Marketing - Investment Platform (Teji Mandi)


• Duration: 3-6 Months


• Stipend: As per company standards

• Campaign monitoring across platforms (Meta, Google, Affiliates, etc.)



• Assist in campaign execution, scheduling, and daily delivery tracking



• Creative asset building support in coordination with design & content teams



• Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards



• Analyse data to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities



• Oversee compliance requirements for marketing creatives and ads



• Take part in competition analysis and benchmarking



• Assist in creative and communication development for campaigns



• Support day-to-day marketing operations and documentation

• Pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Marketing, Management, Finance, or related field



• Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign concepts



• Good communication skills and attention to detail



• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (basic analysis & formatting)



• Ability to manage tasks, meet timelines, and coordinate with teams

• End-to-end campaign execution and monitoring



• Creative, messaging & compliance workflows in financial advertising



• Performance metrics, reporting formats & optimisation thinking


• Real-world experience with a product in financial advisory space
