Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of premium residential interior design projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget requirements.
• Create and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Oversee space planning, material selection, furniture sourcing, and design detailing.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and monitor quality, timelines, and project progress.
• Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling design presentations and support client acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential interiors.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong design sensibility, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture design, and current design trends.
