Job Description
Interior Designer - Corporate Office Spaces
Location: Mumbai | Experience: 3-4 Years
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute premium corporate office spaces.
Role & responsibilities
- Design and plan office interiors, layouts, and workspace utilization
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
- Ensure project compliance with municipal guidelines and building norms
- Select materials and prepare detailed material boards for projects
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with proper specifications and material selection
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors for execution
- Conduct site visits and ensure timely project completion
- Manage materials, finishes, and vendor deliverables
- Ensure adherence to safety and design standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in commercial/office interiors
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools
- Ability to understand and work with architectural layouts
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
