Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process insurance claims settlement activities in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Review, validate, and analyze claims data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data cleanup, reconciliation, and reporting using Excel and internal systems.
- Work closely with US stakeholders to resolve queries, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth claim processing.
- Identify discrepancies in claim records and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to track claim trends, exceptions, and operational performance.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with process guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 34 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in claims settlement/claims processing.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with international stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (data cleanup, reporting, analysis).
- Ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
- Comfortable working with US stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Flexible to work in 2:00 PM 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shifts.
