Job Description
Location : Thane, Mumbai
* Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and store visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM.
- Achieve targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Presales, or Lead Generation.
- English or Hindi or Marathi or Kannada
- HSC / Graduate / MBA / M.com
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work.
- Experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or BPO will be an added advantage.
