Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Admissions (Voice Process)

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic Inside Sales Executives to engage with prospective students over calls, guide them on courses, and convert leads into walk-ins and admissions. Candidates with strong calling experience from BPO, telesales, or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

120-150 outbound calls per day
50+ connected calls / meaningful conversations
Minimum 2 walk-ins generated per day
Achieve weekly & monthly admission targets
Maintain 2.5 hours talk time a day

Eligibility & Skills

0.6 to 4 years of experience in:

BPO / Voice Process
Telesales / Telecalling
Customer Service (International/Domestic)
Inside Sales / Lead Generation

Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling and targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course offerings
Handle tele-counselling and guide students on suitable programs
Generate daily walk-ins by effectively pitching and follow-ups
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into admissions
Maintain and update lead database and CRM records
Support marketing activities such as seminars and college events
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve conversion targets

Preferred Profile

Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion
Candidates from edtech, training institutes, or coaching industry (good to have, not mandatory)
Immediate joiners / high-energy candidates preferred
