Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
Identify business opportunities for CRM, customer engagement, and sales automation solutions.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their sales, marketing, and customer relationship management requirements.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales consultants.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Meet monthly lead generation, pipeline, and sales KPIs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience selling CRM, SaaS, cloud-based applications, or business software solutions.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Fresh sales, or similar solutions.
Exposure to international sales processes and B2B sales environments is an added advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications

0.6- 3 years in Inside Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, CRM Sales, or SaaS Sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities.
Ability to understand customer challenges and recommend suitable software solutions.
Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
