Job Description
- Manage and supervise the inbound contact centre team to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in call centre management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with call centre software and technology is required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills are essential.
- Prior work experience in a call centre and knowledge of call centre metrics are necessary.
- CTC: Rs. 8 - 10 Lacs per annum.
