This is Ria from FFI-Mumbai; we have an opportunity for WebLogic Administrator

with our Client

Experience: 2+ yrs

Skill: Working As WebLogic Administrator

WebLogic Administration:

• Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server (Standalone & Clustered environments)
• Create and manage domains, managed servers, clusters, machines, and node managers
• Deploy, upgrade, and rollback applications (EAR/WAR/JAR)
• Configure JDBC, JMS, Data Sources, and Connection Pools
• Perform domain packing/unpacking and migration activities

Performance & Monitoring:

• Monitor WebLogic performance, JVM health, thread dumps, heap usage, and GC
• Perform JVM tuning (Heap, GC, thread pools, work managers)
• Analyse logs and thread dumps to identify bottlenecks High Availability & DR:
• Configure WebLogic Clusters for high availability and load balancing
• Integrate with Web Server (Apache / OHS) using plugins
• Support DR activities, backups, and recovery procedures
• Perform planned and unplanned failover testing
• Security:
• Configure SSL, certificates, keystores, and truststores
• Manage users, groups, roles, and security realms
• Implement security best practices and hardening
• OS & Middleware and Web Support:
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments
• Manage OS-level resources related to WebLogic
• Coordinate with OS, DB, network, and application teams
• Apache installation and configuration.
• JDK installation and Upgradation.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
• Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
• Provide 24x7 production support (as per rotation)
• Perform patching and upgrades (WebLogic PSU/CPU, JDK updates)
• Document procedures, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

Notice period: Immediate

Job location: Mumbai (Bandra)

CTC to be offered: up to 40000 per month
