Role Overview

We are looking for a female Clinical Psychologist who is RCI Licensed / Registered and has strong experience in clinical practice as well as corporate wellness, workshops and D2C/consumer-facing mental wellness services Looking for experience in individual psychological support and therapeutic interventions to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to build a safe and confidential therapeutic environment. This is a full-time, in-house role based at our center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, intake sessions, and detailed case evaluations.
• Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy sessions for clients across different age groups.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate case records, session notes, and clinical documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Identify mental health concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationship concerns, behavioral challenges, and emotional difficulties, and provide appropriate interventions.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal psychologists and multidisciplinary teams for effective case management.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate psychological support when required.
• Participate in internal case discussions, supervision, and professional development activities.
• Stay updated with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in mental healthcare.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in counseling, therapy, and psychological interventions.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments and therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Experience working with individuals, couples, families, or children will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, REBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Experience handling diverse mental health concerns and complex cases.
• Prior experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, wellness center, or private practice.
