Job Description
Profile: Healthcare Coach / Patient Counsellor - Voice Process
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Clinical, Medico, Biology or related medical fields.
Preferred: B.Pharma, Paramedics, Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Nutrition or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counselling and psychosocial support to patients.
- Follow up with patients after discharge and understand their health status.
- Counsel patients regarding their healthcare needs.
- Enroll new patients into the system.
- Handle patient calls with empathy and professionalism.
Salary: Up to 25K In hand
