Job Description

1. Position /Department - HVAC Engineer
2. Location - Katupalli / Chennai / Mumbai

D) Type of employment - Contractual(yearly renewal)

Roles & responsibilities
Preparation of ducting layouts, Penetration drawings, Pipe layouts, Instrument location layouts, Support drawings etc. from E3D.

• Preparation of equipment schedules, and specifications.

• Coordination with architectural and structural disciplines

.• E3D Extraction activities, 3 D model updates etc. as required based on the balance activities in IJVA. Drawing extraction of ducting layouts 600-800 sheets.

D) Type of employment - Contractual(yearly renewal)

Roles & responsibilities
  Prepare detailed 2D HVAC drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

• Develop HVAC layouts including:
• Duct routing
• Chilled water piping layouts
• Ventilation systems
• Equipment arrangement drawings
• HVAC schematics
• Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, sections, and detailed fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate with HVAC Engineers, structural, electrical, piping, and architectural teams for clash-free layouts.
• Review vendor drawings and incorporate comments into design drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control procedures.
• Support material take-off (MTO) and quantity estimation activities.
• Participate in design review meetings and incorporate required modifications.
• Ensure timely completion of drawings as per project schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have experience in HVAC Execution/ designing from construction exposure.
