Job Description
a) Preparing concept planning of HVAC schemes / systems, preparing detailed HVAC Ducting drawings, GFC drawings & coordination drawings etc.
b) Carryout coordination among various MEP services & systems and with architecture & structure.
c) Working out quantities of items / systems required for BOQ / tender preparation & preparing quantity take off sheet.
d) It is to be ensured that HVAC concept & final drawings are made as per prevailing NBC, MoEF, Fire Codes and by laws and to ensure correctness of drawings, quantities and coordination among services.
e) Organizing printing of drawings / documents & making transmittals.
f) Attending client meetings, site meetings / visits if required.
