Job Role : Human Resource (HR) Intern

Experience: Fresher

Location: Navi Mumbai (Onsite)

As an HR Intern in Recruitment at Avalamb, you ll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization and our clients. You ll gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to assisting with interviews. Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Contact candidates and conduct initial phone screenings to assess their qualifications and interest.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required: Passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

ATS Experience Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems helps streamline the recruitment process. Social Media Recruitment Knowledge of using social media platforms for recruitment purposes is a plus. Customer Service Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
