Role & responsibilities : -
Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage full-cycle recruitmentfrom requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, headhunting, and vendor management.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for various Oil & Gas functions.
- Conduct initial screening, technical coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Collect and verify required documentation and conduct reference/background checks.
