Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end hiring of the creative team & IT team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidate
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source the best talent
Use job portals, social media, and other channels to attract candidates
Handle onboarding and documentation for new employees
