Proficiency in Odia or Bengali is preferred, while fluency in English is mandatory.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our recruitment and HR activities. The primary focus of this role will be on talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment, along with supporting onboarding and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment databases, and related records.
Support onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
Assist with employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and other HR initiatives.
Maintain HR records and support basic employee queries.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
