What we are looking for:

We are looking for a dynamic HR with 25 years of experience to manage HR operations, employee relations, and Payroll. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:

• Handle employee lifecycle activities, including documentation and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Support attendance and compliance-related activities

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a positive work environment and support engagement initiatives

HRBP Support:

• Work closely with business teams to understand HR needs
• Support performance management and policy implementation
• Assist in driving HR initiatives and organizational development activities
