Position: HR Intern (Project-Based)

Reporting To: HR Manager / HRBP

Role Purpose

The HR Intern will support and drive key HR projects across Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to HR functions while contributing to high-impact organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Projects Execution
Assist in planning and execution of ongoing HR projects (e.g., competition mapping, CTC benchmark
Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare project reports, dashboards

2. Talent Acquisition Support
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

4. HR Analytics
Maintain employee records and HR MIS
Assist in data analysis (hiring metrics)
Recruitment Process Improvement
HR Dashboard / MIS

Eligibility Criteria
MBA / PGDM (HR) - Final Year or Recent Graduate
Strong interest in HR Projects and Strategy

Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High ownership and proactive approach
