Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic H.R Intern to join our team at Dimexon Diamonds. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, especially within the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) foundation. The role is ideal for MBA (HR) candidates looking to build a strong foundation in strategic and operational HR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent & Role Cataloging

• Analyse the organization structure including different roles and responsibilities and form a groundwork for the Catalog
• Support in building and maintaining a Role Catalog across functions
• Participate in talent mapping and pipeline creation for current and future hiring needs
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and reports

2. Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Employer Branding

• Contribute to defining and enhancing the organizations Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
• Support employer branding initiatives through research, content and engagement activities
• Assist in bench marking industry practices and competitor analysis

3. HRBP & People Operations Exposure

• Work closely with HRBP on day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Contribute to HR analytics, reports and insights for decision-making

4. HR Projects & Process Improvement

• Participate in HR projects related to talent development, employee experience and process optimization
• Support documentation, policy updates and HR process standardization

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA (HR) Pursuing or Recently Completed (preferred)
• Strong interest in Human Resources Foundation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and basic data handling
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
