Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field (talent acquisition).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems such as [insert specific system names].
