Job Description

What youll do

Manage the entire hiring process from finding candidates to interviewing and selecting them
Help new employees settle in smoothly (onboarding, orientation, training)
Keep job descriptions, policies, and employee records updated
Work with recruitment agencies when needed
Plan and review salaries, compensation, and appraisals
Set and track performance goals (KPIs) for teams
Support employees by resolving issues and handling grievances
Organize team events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
Conduct exit interviews and improve employee experience
Ensure all HR activities follow legal and company rules

Skills needed

Strong communication and people-handling skills
Comfortable managing all HR-related tasks hands-on
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and able to take initiative
Good with MS Excel, Word, email, and internet tools
Comfortable working with diverse teams

Experience required

Minimum 4 years in HR
Experience in BFSI / Financial services is a plus
