Job Description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Mumbai / Bangalore

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Experience: 26 Years
Industry: Any Industry / Corporate HR

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and exit management.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and workforce planning.
Execute employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
Support performance appraisal cycles, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR processes.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
Drive HR best practices and contribute to organizational culture and employee experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2–6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles.
Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and HR operations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and employee relations capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
