Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Safety Officer role located in Mumbai. The Officer will be responsible for day-to-day TBT, maintaining records, preparing reports, dealing with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor & report on Safety performance metrics as per the clients requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, ADIS compulsory.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
