Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard analyses, and audits to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide training on industrial safety best practices to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design safe working conditions for construction projects.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) management in the engineering & construction industry.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification in health, safety, environment or related field.
- Strong understanding of ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) principles and practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE management systems.
