Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2+ Years in IT Recruitment

HR Trainee / HR Executive:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 6 months - 1 year in Recruitment

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, and social platforms
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and updates
• Support onboarding and joining process
• Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest or experience in recruitment and hiring
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of IT hiring and recruitment process is a plus
