HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Job Description

Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai.

- Working Days Monday to Saturday.

- Office Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM (Currently working on a Trial of Alternate Saturday's Off.)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and candidate records.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and HR processes.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or service industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
