Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, documentation process and will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline. This role is perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow in HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment databases and track recruitment metrics
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple openings
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR practices will add advantage.
