Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on cold calling and candidate coordination. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles, screening candidates, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, convincing abilities, and a proactive approach towards hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Conduct cold calling to potential candidates for various job openings.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles as per job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
• Handle candidate documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Achieve hiring targets within timelines assigned by management.
• Perform additional HR and recruitment-related tasks assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
