Job Description
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for employees on third-party payroll, including onboarding, documentation, employee records management, and exit formalities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with staffing partners/vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of third party payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR data, generate periodic MIS reports, and ensure adherence to internal processes, SLAs, and audit requirements.
- Support recruitment efforts, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience.
