Job Role: HRMIS Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- HRMIS Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports
- Manage employee databases and ensure data accuracy
- Generate MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Track attendance, onboarding, attrition, and employee records
- Coordinate with HR team for data analysis and reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and update records regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- 13 years of experience in HRMIS/Admin role
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Must-have)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Week Off:
2nd & 4th Saturday Off and All Sunday Off
