Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations related to factory operations.
Handle joining formalities for new employees, including induction training and issuance of documents.
Oversee attendance management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Coordinate performance appraisals, grievance handling, and employee relations activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in HR generalist activities or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.) or MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, statutory compliance, labour welfare initiatives like Kaizen etc.
