Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Policies, Statutory Compliance, and Labour Law compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance across the organization.
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Plan and execute Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, training calendars, induction programs, and leadership development programs.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory regulations, including Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, POSH, and other applicable labour legislations.
Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, HRMS, and personnel records.
Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and compliance documentation.
Drive organizational development initiatives and support change management programs.
