Experience: 0-1year

Job Objective

To support the recruitment and talent acquisition function by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process, while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment practices.

Principal Accountabilities

Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Screen resumes and perform initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Support in pre-onboarding documentation and candidate follow-up.
Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with employer branding activities such as social media posts, hiring events, etc.
