HR Internship Opportunity | Talent Acquisition, HR Tech, HRBP & DE&I
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Interns to join our team in Mumbai. This internship offers hands-on exposure across Talent Acquisition, HR Tech, HR Business Partnering, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Assist in HR data management, reporting, and HR tech initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders for employee engagement and HRBP activities
- Support DE&I programs, employer branding, and employee experience initiatives
- Manage interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and documentation
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM HR students or recent graduates
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in HR operations, recruitment, analytics, and people practices
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-5 Months Internship
Stipend: Unpaid Internship
