HR - Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and employee onboarding activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to core HR processes including onboarding coordination, employee documentation, HRMS management, and employee engagement support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the employee onboarding process by preparing joining kits and coordinating induction activities.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records.
• Update and manage employee information in HRMS and internal databases.
• Support day-to-day HR operational activities and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and employee experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Provide general coordination and support to the HR team as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes will be an added advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks responsibly.
