The HR Intern will support in developing, structuring, and implementing key HR frameworks and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about organizational development and building scalable people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Development Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR and organizational policies in line with company values and compliance needs.
• Organization Design & Frameworks: Support the design and documentation of HR best practices, benchmarking, and tracking participation
• Culture & Values Initiatives: Help plan and execute engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational values.
• Goal-Setting Frameworks: Assist in refining and communicating performance and goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs, KPIs).
• Project Coordination: Support functional HR projects and ensure documentation and communication are timely and accurate.
