HR Generalist- Field (Restaurant/Hotel/QSR/Hospitality)

Role & responsibilities:

- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for restaurants and regional operations.

• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Provide support to employees on HR-related matters including leave management, attendance, policies, and compensation queries.
• Promote HR initiatives and employee engagement activities to maintain a positive and conflict-free work environment.
• Support implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and SOPs across outlets.
• Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation in both electronic formats.
• Ensure timely updating of employee data and HR reports.
• Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning, attendance, discipline, and employee concerns.
• Support payroll inputs, leave records, and statutory compliance processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular outlet visits on daily basis as per scheduled calendar of the month with assigned weekly checklist and provide HR operational support across the assigned region.
• Assist in grievance handling, employee counseling, and disciplinary processes, exit interviews whenever required.
• Should present monthly HR Data report including recruitment, attrition, etc.
• Assist in Internal Development programs and succession planning at outlet level

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in Hotels, Restaurants, Brewery, or Hospitality/Retail industry.

• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. • Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with HRIS systems will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Ability to handle multi-outlet operations and travel within the assigned region.
