Job Description
Be entirely responsible for the recruitment, payroll, and implementation of company policies All departments and functionalities
Key areas of responsibility
- Drive the recruitment through Recruitment agencies, job portals, campus hiring, social media, own networks operations and sales team hiring
- Maintaining processes like daily attendance, salary payments, claims, etc.
- Induction process, Managing Talent, and Exit Formalities
- Assist in designing compensation and benefits packages. Implement performance review procedures (half yearly, annual evaluations)
- Implement the HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Skill-set required
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage people related matters
- Language proficiency written: English
- Language proficiency spoken: English, Hindi, Marathi
- MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel
