Job Title: Human Executive - Off role

Key roles and responsibilities

Sourcing candidates based on the required skill through various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other sources such as headhunting, reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.
Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Taking regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsible for extending offers, negotiating salary, administering preliminary assessments and conducting reference and background checks to assist in the on- boarding of candidates
Assist superiors in conducting salary negotiations with selected candidates.
Initiate background verification process for the selected candidates and ensure completion of the same

Off roll data management:

Attendance Management
Leave Management
HR Data Management
Payroll Support
Exit Management

Skills

0-2 years of experience in similar function.
Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a dynamic fast evolving business environment
Comfort with updating, reviewing employee data records on an HRMS platform.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and how they impact the business.
Proficient with MS Office - especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to have a conversation with a stakeholder over mail and take transactional tasks to closure independently and with no errors

Qualifications Experience

MBA-HR from Premier Institute with 4-6 years' work experience in any industry
