Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to handle core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of relevant experience and a good understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Coordinate with payroll and ensure compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
- Assist in updating HR policies and maintaining HR data
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
- 3 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools
