Looking for HR Executive(Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
