HR Executive and Recruiter

Job Description

Source and attract candidates by utilizing various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements and Skills

Proven work experience as an HR Executive , HR Manager , or similar role.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
Good knowledge of labor legislation , including employment contracts, leaves, and insurance.
Demonstrable leadership abilities .
Solid communication skills .
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Management
