Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our travel and tourism business.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring that HR processes are efficient, professional, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Main Role

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate compensation and prepare offer letters.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics including open positions, time-to-hire, and hiring status.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

General HR Operations - Support Role

Handle day-to-day employee queries, attendance and HR documentation.
Organise employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve morale, communication, and retention.
Manage resignations, notice periods, handovers, clearances, and full-and-final documentation.
Maintain employee databases, recruitment trackers, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
