Position: HR Executive – Recruitment
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Candidate Preference: Only Mumbai-based candidates

Job Responsibilities

Understanding job requirements and assisting in sourcing suitable candidates.
Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Connecting with candidates through job portals, calls, references, and other recruitment channels.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates.
Supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
Learning and understanding the complete recruitment lifecycle.
